PARAGOULD - Lester Vernon Hogland, 82, former Paragould city employee and owner of Hogland's Grocery, died Thursday at Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Mitchell Funeral Home with burial in Greene County Memorial Gardens . He was a World War II Army Veteran. Hogland, the husband of Mick Hogland, also leaves two daughters, Mrs. Jackie Craig of Memphis and Mrs. Lesta Gardner of Paragould; a son, Mike Goodman of Marmaduke, five grandchildren and a great-grandson.
