Notes for Henry Saner
First solid data on Henry is 1870 census. 1860 census in Ohio can’t be our Henry as he is in married to a Jane with a child there when we know our Henry was in Missouri in 1855 and married to Paulina Seidner. 1851 Naturalization record is likely not our Henry either because there is proof of a Henry Saner marrying in the county of the naturalization in 1849, a Henry Saner in Ohio civil war regiments and there is proof that a Henry Saner died in the same county as naturalization in the 1880’s or 1890’s. 1850 census in PA could be him but seems unlikely as it puts his birth year in 1831. The censuses we trust (1870 and 1880) put his birth year at 1830 and 1827 respectively.
