Arthur was a Navy Veteran. He was an avid sportsman. In his free time Arthur enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working with model trains. Arthur was a master wood craftsman, pattern maker, machinist, and an all around handyman.
Arthur is survived by his Wife, Rebecca Rouse; Son, Matt Rouse; Daughter, Dawn (Mike) Olenjack; Brother, Chris (Cindy) Rouse; 5 grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Arthur Rouse, Sr. and Lorraine Rouse.
